Are you a Travel Agent and wish to become an Affiliate of the Ponderosa Lodge? Well, the good news is, you can! We offer a 10% Commission for the total room rate collected from guests that you book through us. We will work closely with you to create the most Attractive Packages available for potenial guests.
To become an apart of our Affiliate Program, submit the following information:
1. Travel Agent Business Name
2. Main Office Address
3. Contact Person and Title
4. Office Telephone and Fax Number
5. E-Mail Address
6. Billing Address (if different)
7. Billing Contact (if different)
There a two methods by which you can receive your commission:
1. Method One: Once a guest has honor the reservation a 10% commission will be applied to your account. At the first of every month the Ponderosa Lodge will settle your account for the preceding month by issuing and mailing you a check.
2. Method Two: Your Travel Agency pays in advance the full amount of the reservation less your 10% commission. Remember that commission is paid only on room revenue. There will be no commission paid on Taxes and Inclusions received.
