1. Welcome and thank you for choosing Ponderosa Lodge for your stay in Missoula. We are very excited and are looking forward to having you as our guests. In order to make your stay more comfortable and problem free the following policies and information are made available for your review.
2. There is free local phone service With Voice Mail for guests. For long distance calls guests will be required to utilize a calling card which uses a toll free number to activate. There will be no access to '411' information from these phones. Guest will always have the ability to activate the Emergency '911' System.
3. Housekeeping Service is offered on a daily basis. Refusal of service by a guest two days in a row is prohibited. Weekly guests receive service every other day and cannot refuse service. Additional services can be requested and will be accessed at a rate of $4.00 per set of towels, $6.00 per set of bed linen and $10.00 for complete bedding.
4. Continental Breakfasts are available to registered guests in the office lobby between the hours of 7:00am - 9:00am. The Hot Beverage Bar is available between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm. Children taking advantage of these services must be accompanied by an adult. This amenity is not available to Weekly Guests.
5. There is high-speed wireless internet is available on the premises, however guests will be required to provide the proper hardware to receive the signal. No discounted rate or refund will be made for inadequate personal equipment, resulting in a weak or no signal, as well as temporary loss of signal from the service provider.
6. Registered guests are allowed to have visitors, however all visitors must vacate the premises no later than 10:00 pm without the permission from management as an additional fee may be required. Guests failing to report the additional people will be charged double the normal per person per night rate.
7. Children will not be permitted to run or play on the balcony or parking area and must be under adult supervision in all other common areas at all times.
8. Smoking in a designated "Non-Smoking" room or area will result in immediate eviction. A $250.00 fumigation and cleaning charge will also be levied against the evicted guest. Additionally smoking in a designated "Non-Smoking" area is a misdemeanor violation under the Montana Clean Indoor Air Act, 20-1-220 or 50-40-104 and violators are subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $100. To protect the integrity of non-smoking areas, management will report all violations to the Missoula City-County Health Department for enforcement of the law.
9. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited in any of our common areas whether it is indoors or outdoors. Alcohol can only be consumed in the guest's respective room. The possession of illegal substances or drug paraphernalia on Ponderosa premises is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and notification of proper authorities.
10. Pets of registered guests are allowed in designated rooms for a non-refundable fee. Pets of non-registered guests will not be allowed on the premises at anytime, including vehicles. Guests failing to report their pet will result in immediate eviction and will be charged double the normal pet rate per night. The outdoor pet area is located beyond north end of the parking lot, towards the railroad tracks. Guest will be required to police up after their pet. Weekly guests will not be allowed to have pets in their room.
11. Ponderosa Lodge dress code mandates that shirts, blouses etc., must be worn outside guest's room.
12. The Ponderosa Lodge assumes no responsibility or liability for guest accidents, injuries, illnesses or loss regardless of the cause. The motel will not be responsible for Lost/Found or Abandoned items. Due to a lack of storage we can hold said items for two week before being donated to charity. Food, personal toiletries, undergarments and socks will be disposed of immediately.
13. Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am will be observed. The disturbance of other guests at anytime is prohibited. The Ponderosa Lodge reserves the right to evict and/or eject anyone creating a disturbance, becoming a nuisance, violating any of our rules/policies or violates any civic law. There will be no prorating for early check-out or refund for eviction!
